We are the Spare Rib Burlesque and Cabaret show based in Liverpool. We have a residency Downstairs at The Everyman Theatre on Hope Street.

We are passionate about creating safe and inclusive performance spaces. You can find our safer spaces policy on our website. There are gender neutral toilets at our shows and we are always very vocal about respecting every individual’s choice as to which facilities they choose to use.

One of our values is that ‘we will always be political until there is no longer the need’

We strive to ensure our lineups are representative of the diversity and complexity of humanity seeing each person as the unique individual they are and not a statistic or token.

If there is any way we can improve any aspect of our production we are always open to receive feedback, change and develop especially as the political climate changes.
