We’re Liverpool’s Mind Charity Shop, located at 20 Richmond Street, L1 1EF in Liverpool City Centre. We’re so happy and proud to be added to the list of Safe Spaces in Liverpool.🩵

Mind as a Charity is committed to LGBTQIA+ inclusion and the erasure of conversion therapy, offering mental health support for ANY individual within the UK 7 days a week.

As a store, we share these same commitments and welcome all and anyone into our shop for browsing, shopping and volunteering. We can assure that you are respected for who you are within our space and that discrimination is not tolerated, our staff are loyal to maintaining a discrimination-free environment and will take prompt, respectful action to ensure each individual feels safe and protected.

If you are looking for any mental health support concerning your identity, our staff are trained to a great extent to be able to signpost you to the best external resources. We can do our best to allow you to feel heard and validated in your experiences, without fear of being dismissed or misunderstood. All visitors’ privacy and confidentiality will be respected to the highest extent. 🩵
