Maray is an independent Liverpool-born restaurant inspired by Le Marais district in Paris. We serve Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and North African inspired sharing plates, punchy cocktails and great wine. Maray always has, and always will be, a Safe Space for all to exist exactly how they are.

Le Marais district in Paris is a melting pot of cultures, welcoming people from all walks of life to come and break bread together and that is the exact ethos that we instil in our restaurants.
