What they said
Jess She/They
I work face to face with clients in Heswall and online and via telephone.
I embrace a positive view of LGBTQIA+ identities and relationships, addressing harmful influences like homophobia and transphobia. Authenticity is key to a strong therapeutic relationship, whether or not a client’s focus is related to being LGBTQIA+.
Where I work face to face there is an upstairs and a downstairs area. Both areas have gender neutral bathrooms and the downstairs area also has a disabled bathroom. The downstairs rooms are wheelchair accessible and I use lamps with soft lighting to avoid bright overhead lights. Ticking clocks can be removed from the room and I bring fidgit toys to my sessions for clients who may benefit from using them.
